The District is comprised of a developmental preschool program, 14 elementary schools, four middle schools, four high schools, including a Career and Technical Education Center, and a program for adult education.

As a community with an increasingly diverse population, MSD offers a wide range of programs and initiatives. More than 2,200 students are English Language Learners who, as immigrants or refugees, are non-English proficient.
